If we charge for an optional paid feature (for example a contact-unlock or a membership), the price and what it includes are shown clearly before you pay.
If a paid feature fails to deliver what was promised due to an error on our side, write to confirmhaign@gmail.com with the details and we will make it right — a fix or a refund. Because unlocks reveal information immediately, a completed unlock is generally non-refundable unless it failed to deliver.
